Thank you for sharing your presenter tips for October! We picked five of our favourites to share as a capstone to the month:
- “When I book a workshop, I immediately add reminders in my calendar or task app -using a unique colour – to send the 2-week and 2-day emails. Colour-coding tasks or workshops, whether on paper or online, makes it easy to follow through quickly when reminders pop up.”
- “I pin or flag my initial scheduling emails and any other emails that I’m waiting to hear back on so I can keep track and be sure to follow-up if I don’t hear back soon.”
- “I include important details like room numbers, recess times, alternative or extra teachers to contact, and special instructions in CRM and my calendars.”
- “I set up a daily routine; I check and follow up on CRM & emails at a specific time every day.”
- “After initial contact with teachers, I schedule-send* future emails to the teachers, so I don’t miss the ‘1-2 week before’ emails. That ‘schedule for later’ button is handy!”
