Do you know a Canadian who is making an impact in their community through science, technology, engineering or math (STEM)? Whether they are a child who raises butterflies, a teenager leading groundbreaking medical discoveries, or a teacher who ignites scientific curiosity in their students, we want to help shine a light on their amazing work. Our new blog series, STEM Superstars, will feature Canadians who are making a difference through science, technology, engineering and math. We are especially interested in helping to bring awareness to leaders and innovators in Canada who are under-recognized and who are not often in the spotlight.
We want to hear from you. If you know someone who is making an amazing impact, please send your nominations to Nadya Domingo at nadya.domingo@scientistsinschool.ca or send us a tweet @Sci_in_School! Please let us know what makes this person/group/organization a STEM Superstar and include information on how we can get in touch with them. We would love to hear from you!
Keep up with STEM Superstars on our blog and make sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for updates!
